spanish american war medal. Medal is named to James A Shea on the back. Exact inscription reads “presented to James A. Shea Past Commander 1934 Phoenix Camp No. 1 Dept. of Arizona USWV”. The medal ribbon is frayed as shown in the pictures but is still solid and not disconnected from the medal. It is currently mounted in a case with other span am medals in my collection and I will remove it from the case if it is sold but I have it fastened with thread and do not want to take it loose unless it sells. This auction is only for the 1 medal. Any other medals that can be seen in the photos are not a part of the auction. Also the picture of the top eagle clasp is from a different medal in my collection but it is the same as the one that is on the Shea medal I am selling so I included it for reference but it is just like the eagle that is on the Shea medal you will receive. Comes with its original leather case of issue as well. A very rare name engraved example of this medal. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
