38-55 WCF Snap Caps set of 2, 3855 Winchester

This is a set of 2 snap caps in 38-55 Winchester or WCF.  These are the 38-55, 2.080" shorter length brass produced later and will fit all 38-55's.
These snap caps are loaded with a lead grain RN.  These are snap caps, that contain no powder, or primers, but they will chamber, look and feel just like they should.   They cannot fire, nor can they ever be made to fire.
Unlike plastic or one-piece metal snap caps, these brass snap caps look and feel right, and they won't flake off small pieces. These are new commercial casings that have been chemically and mechanically cleaned, sized, had the primer pocket plugged, and then a bullet seated and crimped.  You can visually tell they are inert as the primer pocket is plugged with an orange poly.  They also are made to rattle.  Starline is the brass manufacture used to make these caps, but the brands used could vary from those shown in the pictures.
